After finishing high school, I had 15kg to lose and no idea how to do it. I had minimal equipment and was too intimidated to join a gym. Through trial and error, I developed a super-simple at-home routine that helped me quickly shed the weight, build up my confidence, and started me on my fitness journey - all on my own terms. I dusted off and refined this routine during the pandemic, and managed to re-emerge in even better shape than when it all started.
