  • Weekly Commitment: Our 45-minute sessions are tailored specifically to your needs. Together we will decide how many sessions suit your budget and goals. This regular commitment ensures steady progress and keeps you accountable.

  • Flexible Scheduling: I understand that life can get busy, so we’ll work together to find a schedule that fits seamlessly into your routine.

  • Competitive Pricing: Sessions are $80 each (all-inclusive and direct debited weekly).

  • Bring a Friend: If you’d like some extra support, feel free to bring a training partner along.

  • Hybrid Options: Interested in online programs like The 12 Week Challenge? I can guide you through them during our in-person sessions. Any commitment to 2 or more sessions entitles you to any online program—free of charge.

  • No Long-Term Contracts: Enjoy the flexibility of a weekly commitment, with just a 24-hour notice needed if you ever need to reschedule or cancel (moved sessions are made up within the same or following week).
